They enable institutional investors to efficiently allocate capital by providing carefully selected opportunities tailored to their needsWhat will you be doing:Lead and manage a dedicated financing program aimed at supporting SMEs.Develop commercial opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.Assess SME financing needs and propose tailored solutions, including debt and equity structures.Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, product, and technology, to optimize financing processes and solutions.Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment to support decision-making.Represent the company in meetings with clients, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.Stay up to date with market trends in alternative financing, direct lending, and SME banking.Support strategic initiatives such as project finance, M&A, and institutional investment programs as required.Are you the ideal candidate?Experience in corporate banking (Spain or international) focused on SMEs, senior finance roles in a SME, or mid-market direct lending/alternative finance funds.Knowledge in project finance, debt structuring, equity, M&A, or institutional investment is highly valued.Strong commercial and analytical mindset.Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented, and innovative approach.Passion for applying technology to financial services.Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Spanish: native; English: fluent.What's in it for you:Competitive base salary plus a significant bonus structurePension schemeOpportunity to lead innovative projects in SME financingCareer progression within a growing international companyWho we are:Executive Integrity is a global executive search and recruitment consultancy focused on building a more sustainable world, with expertise in identifying talent in financial services, green technology, and renewable energy sectors. xohynlm A portion of all our profits is donated to Friends of the Earth International, supporting environmentally sustainable and socially just initiatives.
