Reportando a Dirección de Operaciones, tu misión será Diseñar, desarrollar e integrar sistemas avanzados de control, navegación y percepción robótica, incorporando algoritmos de Inteligencia Artificial ejecutados en el ordenador a bordo del robot, garantizando un funcionamiento autónomo, robusto y eficiente en entornos reales y exigentes. El rol combina robótica clásica y moderna con IA embebida, siendo clave para la evolución de las capacidades cognitivas del robot. De entre tus funciones estarán:Diseño e implementación de algoritmos de: Control (cinemático, dinámico, locomoción, control de bajo y alto nivel);Navegación autónoma (localización, SLAM, planificación de trayectorias, evitación de obstáculos);Percepción basada en sensores como cámaras, LiDAR, radar, IMU, etc.Integración y ajuste de stacks de autonomía (ROS / ROS2 u otros frameworks).Validación de comportamiento en simulación y en robot real.Integración de modelos de IA/ML/DL en el ordenador embarcado del robot: Visión por computador (detección, segmentación, tracking);Percepción basada en deep learning;Aprendizaje por refuerzo o modelos predictivos aplicados al control o la toma de decisiones.Optimización de modelos para ejecución en edge: Uso eficiente de CPU/GPU/NPU;TensorRT, ONNX, CUDA u otros frameworks de aceleración.Gestión del ciclo de vida de los modelos: entrenamiento, despliegue, actualización y monitorización en el robot.Definición de arquitecturas de software para sistemas robóticos complejos.Integración hardware–software del ordenador a bordo (Jetson, x86, ARM, etc.).Garantizar requisitos de latencia, robustez, seguridad y fiabilidad.Colaboración con equipos de Producto, Hardware, Preventa y demostraciones técnicas. Apoyo técnico en pruebas de campo, pilotos y despliegues con cliente.Pensamos en un perfil con:Ingeniería en Robótica, Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Industrial, Electrónica o similar. Valorable máster o doctorado en robótica, IA o control.Experiencia de mínimo 5 años en robótica móvil o sistemas autónomos.Experiencia demostrable en control y navegación robótica, sistemas de percepción multisensor, integración de IA en sistemas embebidos/onboard (no solo investigación o cloud).Experiencia trabajando con robots reales en entornos no controlados.Impresncindible inglés y castellano.
