In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities for business-critical applications, with a strong focus on test strategy, automation, and CI/CD integration, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance.You are the ideal candidate if you have... More than 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years focused on enterprise business applications (ITSM, ERP, CRM, etc.) Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead, ideally within regulated industries such as banking, finance, or insurance Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Solid knowledge of test automation strategies and their integration into CI/CD pipelines Extensive experience working with JIRA and Xray for test management and defect tracking Formal certification in Software Testing (e.g. ISTQB Advanced Level) Very good command of English, both written and spokenWhat will your day-to-day look like? Define and lead comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and usability testing Manage end-to-end testing activities in Agile and DevOps environments Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities using JIRA and Xray Develop, maintain, and evolve automated test suites, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines Act as a quality advocate, identifying risks and ensuring transparency through clear reporting to stakeholders Analyse test results and drive continuous improvement across the testing lifecycleWhat do we value in your profile?
