In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities for business-critical applications, with a strong focus on test strategy, automation, and CI/CD integration , ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance.You are the ideal candidate if you have…✅ More than 7 years of experience in software testing , with at least 2–3 years focused on enterprise business applications (ITSM, ERP, CRM, etc. )✅ Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead , ideally within regulated industries such as banking, finance, or insurance✅ Strong hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)✅ Solid knowledge of test automation strategies and their integration into CI/CD pipelines✅ Extensive experience working with JIRA and Xray for test management and defect tracking✅ Formal certification in Software Testing (e.g. ISTQB Advanced Level )✅ Very good command of English , both written and spokenWhat will your day‑to‑day look like?Define and lead comprehensive test strategies , including functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and usability testingManage end‑to‑end testing activities in Agile and DevOps environmentsPlan, execute, and monitor testing activities using JIRA and XrayDevelop, maintain, and evolve automated test suites , integrating them into CI/CD pipelinesAct as a quality advocate , identifying risks and ensuring transparency through clear reporting to stakeholdersAnalyse test results and drive continuous improvement across the testing lifecycleWhat do we value in your profile?Strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication abilities, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awarenessProactive attitude and commitment to quality and continuous improvementWhat do we offer at Akkodis?Permanent contractHybrid work model (3 days in-office per week)Join a global leader in digital transformation and engineeringContinuous training and access to professional development programsExclusive discounts and benefits for Akkodis employeesIf you are passionate about quality assurance , test automation, and leading testing strategies in complex enterprise environments, this is your opportunity to make an impact with Akkodis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
