We're looking for an experienced Designer to join our team in Las Rozas de Madrid.This role is aimed at a well-rounded creative professional with proven experience in graphic design and audiovisual content, including video, motion graphics, and 3D, who can work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.You'll be part of a dynamic, international environment, working with marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams across Europe to deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content.As a Designer – Graphic & Audiovisual, you will contribute actively to the development and execution of our visual identity across digital channels. You'll work on projects from concept to delivery, producing graphic and audiovisual assets that support brand storytelling, digital marketing campaigns, and eCommerce growth.This position is based in our Madrid offices (Las Rozas) and is ideal for a designer with solid professional experience who wants to grow within a fast-paced, international company.Design and produce graphic assets for digital campaigns, websites, eCommerce platforms, and social media.Create, edit, and optimize video content, including motion graphics and 3D elements, for organic and paid media.Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.Develop creative materials for product launches, digital campaigns, and brand initiatives.Adapt and localize visual content for different European markets.Contribute ideas to continuously improve brand storytelling and visual identity.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.You are a designer with proven professional experience, comfortable working across both graphic and audiovisual disciplines. Degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Design, Digital Design, or related fields.Demonstrable experience in graphic design and audiovisual production.• A strong portfolio showing graphic design, video, motion graphics, and 3D work.Fluent English (German or other European languages are a plus).Team player with good communication skills.After EffectsPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesignVideo editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar)3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)UX/UI tools and principles• eCommerce platforms (Magento is a plus)• PowerPoint, Excel, WordA full-time, permanent position in a fast-growing, international digital-first group.The opportunity to work on diverse creative projects across multiple European brands.A collaborative, creative, and supportive team culture.Schedule: Full-timeContract: PermanentVision Healthcare (VHC) is a fast-growing, pan-European, digital-first omni-channel group driven by an innovative buy-and-build strategy.
