Nuestro cliente, empresa multinacional líder en soluciones para el sector agrícola, busca incorporar a un/ una Head of Product para su canal de productos tecnológicos. Esta persona tendrá la misión de apoyar técnicamente el desarrollo del negocio en España y Portugal, colaborando estrechamente con la Dirección Comercial en la definición de estrategias de crecimiento y soporte técnico-comercial.Siga leyendo para comprender completamente lo que este trabajo requiere en cuanto a habilidades y experiencia. Si su perfil encaja, presente su candidatura.Responsabilidades:Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia de crecimiento del canal Tech en España y Portugal.Ofrecer soporte técnico-comercial adaptado a cada geografía y cultivo estratégico.Participar en la elaboración de planes de fertilización y en acciones de divulgación técnica.Detectar oportunidades de negocio y contribuir al desarrollo del portfolio de productos.Requisitos del perfil:Formación: grado en Ingeniería Agrícola, Biotecnología o equivalente. Se valorará máster.Experiencia: mínimo 3 años en productos biotecnológicos o fitofarmacéuticos.Idiomas: español e inglés con fluidez. Se valorará portugués y otros idiomas.Competencias: trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados, comunicación, resiliencia, iniciativa y pensamiento crítico.Residencia: España o Portugal. xohynlm Disponibilidad para viajar entre el 30% y el 50% del tiempo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
