Experience you will need:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role in a luxury beach club.Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential.Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.Excellent communication skills.
