If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves tackling new challenges, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Business Development Junior Analyst supports all aspects of the business development lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal development by supporting specific pursuits and maintaining the infrastructure of Adalvo. These responsibilities include a significant amount of coordination, collaboration, and timeline management in a dynamic team environment.RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary responsibilities of this role include the following:Systematic updates in files (BD tracker, product master file, finance, basic legal documents, Salesforce etc).Keeping track of Business Cases of contract.Periodic data updates in Salesforce, Corporate presentation etc.Liaising with Finance on monthly business development report.Monitor KPIs vs invoicing by region/BD person.Pivotal function across the organization: Liaison responsibilities with Alliance Management Dpt., for tracking the marginality of the existing signed contracts and flag those where could potentially face a problem in the future.Develop and implement the BD plans for the relevant service lines, including events .Ensure regular planning and review meetings are scheduled with each of the service line teams and that planned activity is budgeted, reviewed and monitored.Translate the service line BD plans into individual partner BD plans with assigned responsibilities and targets, providing updates against progress as required.Develop effective targeting strategies and lists for each of the relevant service lines.Actively identify and build relationships with key industry associations, memberships and networks to enhance the profile and development of key legal relationships for each service line.Support partners and associates in preparation of pitches and proposals.Follow through with partners to ensure timely follow up on client service interviews, identify client service trends.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in the pharmaceutical industry (generics pharma)Proficiency in ExcelPrevious experience with developing and implementing BD initiatives in the professional services industryAbility to form and maintain highly effective working relationships across all organizational hierarchies, from executives to support staffDemonstrated strength in analytical thinkingExceptional verbal and written communication abilitiesConfident in meeting and networking with clients / intermediariesPositive, proactive "can-do" attitude.CORE COMPETENCIESBusiness FocusDrive for ResultsCustomer ServiceEmbracing ChangeQualityWhy join us?
