We are looking for you If you are ready to take on a new challenge in a structured and fast-paced environment, this is your moment. Join our team as a Senior PMO from our offices in Barcelona. You will be part of the PMO area, acting as a key player in onboarding project governance, cost controlling and operational coordination. Your role will focus on controlling project, ensuring PMO processes are followed and coordinating PMO staff, with a strong exposure to numbers, data and reporting. What will your day-to-day look like?Control and monitor project budgets, costs and financial performance.Ensure PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks are properly applied.Coordinate and oversee PMO staff, ensuring onboarding processes and internal PMO workflows are followed.Track project KPIs, milestones and risks, providing structured visibility to stakeholders.Work closely with project managers, finance and business teams.Identify risks, deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement.Contribute to decision-making through data analysis and dashboards. What skills and experience are required for the role?Solid experience in a Senior PMO role, with strong focus on cost controlling. Proven experience working in complex and structured organizations.Experience coordinating PMO teams or supporting multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). Fluent English (C1) and Spanish. Residence in Barcelona.Structured, results-oriented and highly detail-focused profile.
