Ecosystems Project Manager – Pharma & Healthcare Ubicación: Barcelona / Remoto Duración: 6 meses (full time) Tipo de contrato: A definir según perfil Reporting: Founder & Managing Director Sobre el rol En Bluebarna Ecosystems y Leadership House ayudamos a organizaciones de pharma y healthcare a pasar de lanzar productos a construir ecosistemas que crean valor real y sostenible. Buscamos un/a Ecosystems Project Manager que trabaje directamente con el Founder en proyectos estratégicos de alto impacto, apoyando la ejecución, la estructuración y la coordinación de iniciativas complejas en entornos exigentes. Este rol es ideal para alguien que quiera aprender directamente de un perfil muy senior , acelerar su curva de aprendizaje y exponerse a clientes senior desde el primer día. Qué harás Apoyar la gestión y ejecución de proyectos estratégicos en pharma y healthcare . Estructurar frameworks, metodologías y entregables claros y accionables. Preparar presentaciones de nivel consultoría (storytelling, síntesis, claridad). Coordinar timelines, tareas y stakeholders internos y externos. Apoyar el desarrollo de propuestas comerciales, pitches y materiales para clientes . Interactuar con clientes senior junto al Founder. Contribuir al diseño y ejecución de programas de liderazgo ecosistémico en Leadership House. Perfil que buscamos 2–4 años de experiencia en consultoría, pharma, healthcare o entornos similares . Buen entendimiento del ecosistema pharma & healthcare . Mentalidad estructurada y orientación a ejecución. Capacidad para convertir ideas complejas en planes claros y bien organizados . Muy buen nivel de PowerPoint y storytelling . Autonomía, criterio y ganas de aprender. Comodidad trabajando en entornos poco jerárquicos y en construcción. Idiomas Español nativo. We are looking for an Ecosystems Project Manager to work directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic projects, supporting the execution, structuring, and coordination of complex initiatives in demanding environments. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn directly from a very senior profile , accelerate their learning curve, and gain early exposure to senior clients. What you will do Support the management and execution of strategic projects in pharma and healthcare . Structure frameworks, methodologies, and actionable deliverables . Prepare consulting-level presentations (storytelling, clarity, synthesis). Coordinate timelines, tasks, and internal/external stakeholders. Support business development activities , including proposals, pitches, and client materials. Interact with senior clients alongside the Founder. Contribute to the design and delivery of ecosystem leadership programs within Leadership House. Who we are looking for 2–4 years of experience in consulting, pharma, healthcare, or similar environments . Solid understanding of the pharma & healthcare ecosystem . Structured mindset with strong execution capabilities. Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, well-organized plans . Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills. High level of autonomy, ownership, and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in lean, non-hierarchical, fast-evolving environments. Languages Native Spanish.
