We are looking for a Corporate People (HR) Partner, Manager who will be responsible for supporting business imperatives and drive people-centric strategies for McDonald's Market Corporate population. Close collaboration with business leaders as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner in addressing key people-related challenges and achieving business goals, acting as point of contact for corporate People processes.Descubra más sobre las tareas diarias, las responsabilidades generales y la experiencia requerida para esta oportunidad desplazándose hacia abajo ahora.Acting as a partner (HRBP) in organizational development by supporting the building of effective teams, shaping organizational culture, and fostering employee engagement.Proactive identification of organizational needs and challenges, as well as designing and implementing tailored solutions to support business growth and modernization.Managing key People processes such as performance reviews, development planning, performance management, and compensation cycle and rewards.Leading modernization projects and acting as a change leader – in cooperation with business leaders and supported by effective internal communication.Creating a consistent and engaging employee experience at every stage of their journey within the organization – by analyzing survey results and implementing initiatives that build a supportive and comfortable work environment.Using People analytics to make accurate strategic decisions – analyzing data, creating reports, and recommending actions that support organizational development.Supervising Rewards and Benefits in line with our Global Total Rewards Policy8 years of experience in the People function within a complex business environment, including as a People Partner or in a similar strategic role (experience in Talent Management, Talent Attraction and Rewards is preferred).~ Experience working with business leaders at various levels on organizational planning, team development, and change management.~ Experience leading transformational projects and organizational change initiatives.~ Knowledge of local labor law and hands-on experience applying it in day-to-day work is a plus.English (C1)SAP, Success FactorsExcellent analytical skills – ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and translate them into business recommendations. xohynlmBusiness and internal client orientation, with an understanding of the link between People strategy and business objectives.Remuneration package beyond your salary: tip + health insurance + life insurance + accident insurance + pension plan + restaurant card~ We care for digital disconnection~
