We are looking for a
Corporate People (HR) Partner, Manager
who will be responsible for supporting business imperatives and drive people-centric strategies for McDonald's Market Corporate population. Build trusting relationships, provide people-centric consultative services, and support globalized functional leaders and staff in market.

What will key accountabilities be?

  • Close collaboration with business leaders as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner in addressing key people-related challenges and achieving business goals, acting as point of contact for corporate People processes.
  • Acting as a partner (HRBP) in organizational development by supporting the building of effective teams, shaping organizational culture, and fostering employee engagement.
  • Proactive identification of organizational needs and challenges, as well as designing and implementing tailored solutions to support business growth and modernization.
  • Co-creating and executing the talent strategy, including employee development, succession planning, talent retention initiatives, and ensuring the best possible career development experience at McDonald's.
  • Managing key People processes such as performance reviews, development planning, performance management, and compensation cycle and rewards.
  • Leading modernization projects and acting as a change leader – in cooperation with business leaders and supported by effective internal communication.
  • Creating a consistent and engaging employee experience at every stage of their journey within the organization – by analyzing survey results and implementing initiatives that build a supportive and comfortable work environment.
  • Using People analytics to make accurate strategic decisions – analyzing data, creating reports, and recommending actions that support organizational development.
  • Supervising Talent Attraction strategy and processes.
  • Supervising Rewards and Benefits in line with our Global Total Rewards Policy

Position Requests

Experience

  • +8 years of experience in the People function within a complex business environment, including as a People Partner or in a similar strategic role (experience in Talent Management, Talent Attraction and Rewards is preferred).
  • Experience working with business leaders at various levels on organizational planning, team development, and change management.
  • Experience leading transformational projects and organizational change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of local labor law and hands-on experience applying it in day-to-day work is a plus.

Academic Studies / Knowledge

  • Qualifications/Degrees
  • English (C1)
  • Specific technical knowledge: SAP, Success Factors

Competencies

  • Strong advisory and influencing skills – ability to build partnership-based relationships with leaders, support their decision-making, and implement solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and translate them into business recommendations.
  • Business and internal client orientation, with an understanding of the link between People strategy and business objectives.
