This person will foster an organizational culture where quality is a shared value, anticipating risks and generating a positive impact, and will integrate the quality strategy with sustainability to reinforce our position as a benchmark in health, nutrition, and trust.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?Define and implement the quality and safety strategy, aligned with corporate objectives and consumer expectations.Foster a participatory, preventive quality culture focused on continuous improvement.Collaborate in technical forums and promote policies based on science and balanced regulations.Ensure regulatory compliance and manage quality systems and recognized certifications.Evaluate and audit suppliers to guarantee quality, traceability, and safety in the supply chain.Lead the response to quality incidents, complaints, and regulatory alerts.Integrate quality, safety, and sustainability into the company's products, packaging, and processes.Lead and develop a highly professional technical team.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?Education: Degree in Health Sciences, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or similar.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the areas of quality, food safety, clinical nutrition, medical devices, and/or pharmaceuticals. In-depth knowledge of national and international regulations applicable to health products.Digital skills: High level of digital and Office skills.Key skills: Proactive, decisive, teamwork, methodology, data analysis, autonomy, and flexibility.Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
