If you have a passion for client relations, an eagerness to work with one of the most innovative companies in the world, and you enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:As the Dutch-speaking Account Manager , you will be the primary point of contact between our clients (primarily Google) and our internal teams. You will play a crucial role in managing client expectations, driving project success, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key client contacts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.Act as the main liaison between the client (Google) and our internal teams, effectively managing communication and expectations.Understand the client's goals, challenges, and objectives to ensure tailored solutions are delivered.Project Management:Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any issues that arise.Create project timelines, track milestones, and ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.Strategic Consultation:Provide strategic advice and recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of client industries and market trends.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with the client's needs.Regularly review account performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to deliver the best possible solutions.Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.Client Reporting & Analysis:Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring all metrics are tracked accurately.Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports and reviews.Use data-driven insights to improve client campaigns and outcomes.Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:Take ownership of client issues and resolve conflicts in a timely, professional manner.Act as a proactive problem solver, balancing client needs with company objectives.Language Requirements:Communicate fluently in Dutch with clients, partners, and internal teams.Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch is essential as you'll primarily work with Dutch-speaking clients.Qualifications & Skills:Fluency in Dutch is essential (native or near-native proficiency)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related fieldExperience with Google or other major tech clients is a strong advantageProven experience managing client relationships and complex projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesA proactive and solution-oriented mindsetBackground in digital marketing or advertising is a plusFluent in English , the company's primary business languageComfortable working independently in a hybrid work modelWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary based on experienceRelocation Support : Including flight and initial accommodation in BarcelonaCareer Growth : Ongoing learning, training, and promotion opportunitiesHybrid Work Setup : 3 days remote + 2 days in-office per weekWork with Google : Collaborate directly with one of the world's most innovative companiesInclusive Culture : Diverse team and supportive leadershipComprehensive Benefits : Health insurance, pension plan, paid time off, bonuses, and moreWhy Barcelona?Barcelona is a vibrant city where culture, innovation, and lifestyle meet.
