Un perfil capaz de conectar desarrollo tecnológico, planificación, financiación y colaboración externa, impulsando decisiones informadas y asegurando que la innovación avance con foco, coherencia y eficiencia. Requisitos: Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Organización, Aeroespacial o similar. Valorable máster en Gestión de Proyectos, Innovación Tecnológica o MBA técnico. Se valorarán certificaciones en metodologías de gestión de proyectos 3 a 5 años de experiencia combinada en desarrollo de productos tecnológicos y gestión de proyectos o programas técnicos. Experiencia liderando iniciativas de I+D o de innovación con financiación pública o privada . Trayectoria previa en entornos ágiles, startups tecnológicas o departamentos de ingeniería con alta presión por cumplir hitos. Se valorará experiencia en gestión de proveedores técnicos, centros de ingeniería o socios industriales. Inglés técnico avanzado Responsabilidades: Supervisar y coordinar programas de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos. Entender a nivel técnico los proyectos en curso para poder anticipar riesgos, optimizar decisiones y proponer alternativas en tiempo real. Supervisar cronogramas, cargas de trabajo, recursos y entregables, gestionando varios proyectos simultáneamente. Explorar de manera proactiva nuevas líneas de ayudas, subvenciones y programas de financiación para optimizar el gasto y asegurar continuidad en los desarrollos. Evaluar la viabilidad técnica y estratégica de nuevas ideas, productos o colaboraciones potenciales. Actuar como enlace técnico-operativo con partners externos, proveedores, centros tecnológicos y organizaciones relevantes. Apoyar en conversaciones estratégicas con potenciales colaboradores o inversores, aportando criterio técnico y de planificación. Negociar con proveedores clave para asegurar calidad, plazos y adecuación técnica de los componentes o servicios. xsgfvud Ubicación: Trabajo presencial en Granada, con disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales a instalaciones de socios o proveedores.
