The Programme Management Office leads the strategic approach to executing a portfolio of programmes that deliver value to Sportradar customers.
As a Programme Manager, you will work closely with internal and external teams at all levels, ensuring planning and coordination across all involved parties and providing the appropriated level of visibility to all stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery timeline, risk, scope, quality, and budget of the programmes and projects assigned to you.
THE CHALLENGE
- Scope, plan and execute programmes and projects, managing the lifecycle from cradle to grave
- Drive programmes through risk/exception management and mitigation of blockers and issues
- Coordinate third-party integrations, being the main point of contact, providing guidance and ensuring full alignment between internal and external teams
- Organise and chair working groups, steering groups, and stand-up meetings to ensure delivery
- Organise and chair programme meetings with senior stakeholders to report on progress, discuss programme strategy and agree future actions
- Maintain budgets to ensure cash burn and investment remains within the programmes control parameters
- Ensure scope and benefit of the programme are maintained throughout its lifecycle, producing accurate and timely reporting of programme status
- Manage agile communication, ensuring information flow by prioritising face-to-face communications
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience managing large-sized programmes/projects in agile software development environments with full control of the following aspects:
- Timeline/Gantt chart planning
- Risk management
- Dependency management
- Exception/Issue management
- Change log
- Delivery coordination
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to manage relationships and influence clients and third-party suppliers
- Based in Taiwan
- Team player and leader that will thrive working in a dynamic environment
