When it has to be right, it has to be Hexagon.ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONAre you passionate about SAP and supporting global teams? As an SAP Support Consultant – Sales Order Fulfilment & Supply Chain, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our Sales and Supply Chain processes. You will provide expert guidance and support to internal SAP users, helping them navigate the system efficiently and driving continuous improvements in Sales Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Service Operations. This is a hands-on role where you will also contribute to training, documentation, testing, and rollout activities, making a real impact across the organization.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide global support for SAP Sales Order Fulfilment and Supply Chain Management (including Business Partner, Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Service Operations). Execute SAP customisations and perform large-scale customer master data updates. Administer storage locations and SAP user accounts. Develop and deliver user training sessions (in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats). Participate in SAP rollouts and onboarding for new business entities. Test and validate change requests related to SAP Sales & Distribution processes. Maintain SAP-related documentation, working instructions, and training materials. WHO YOU AREDegree in Applied Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years' working experience in SAP Sales Fulfilment and Supply Chain (Sales & Distribution, Business Partner, MM).Experience as a trainer and in documentation management, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.Key SkillsTeamwork, problem-solving, strong organisational and time management skills.High adaptability, effective communication, and critical thinking. Desirable SkillsHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Business Partner, and Fiori applications. SAP customisation and mass data update expertise. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and e-learning tools. Experience working in technical support, helpdesk, or SAP customer service and operations roles.Experience with AI tools (preferably COPILOT).LANGUAGE(S)Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSAvailability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
