You'll work closely with the founders and cross‐functional teams to ensure timely deliveries, streamline processes, and maintain exceptional quality standards across an international market. Bring your structure, precision, and drive to build something exceptional from day one. Key Responsibilities Oversee end‐to‐end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Develop and implement logistics strategies and procedures that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to support production and sales planning. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and sustainability standards. Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to align logistics performance with overall business goals. Continuously analyze data and KPIs to identify process improvements and enhance transparency in the supply chain. Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, ideally within consumer goods, wellness, or startup sectors. Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with hands‐on problem-solving abilities. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective communication across teams and vendors. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a strong sense of accountability.
