We are seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality systems within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will play a key part in maintaining GMP compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting manufacturing and supply operations through quality oversight.¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad? Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GMP and applicable regulatory requirementsLead and oversee deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessmentsSupport internal, supplier, and regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring inspection readinessReview and approve quality documentation including SOPs, batch records, validation protocols, and reportsPartner with Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure quality is embedded across operationsSupport training programs and promote a strong quality culture across the siteRequired Experience & Qualifications~ Degree in a scientific or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)~5+ experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment~ Strong working knowledge of GMP and quality systems~ Hands-on experience managing investigations, CAPAs, and change management~ Confident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional xohynlm teamsWhat We're Looking ForProactive, detail-oriented quality professionalComfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to balance compliance with operational needsWhy JoinOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on product quality and patient safetyCollaborative, quality-driven environmentCompetitive compensation and professional development opportunities
