Be part of our exciting journey Your day to day Provide support and resolve user inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and high quality. Analyze, understand and categorize customer questions and data to identify trends, needs, and improvement opportunities. Work with different teams to find solutions to problems you detected while helping customers. Propose continuous improvement actions based on learnings. Participate in cross-functional projects with other teams. Collaborate to validate hypotheses or uncover new customer needs. Document learnings and improvement opportunities to ensure company-wide sharing and scaling. What we're looking for You are passionate about pets . At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service or similar user-facing roles. Good level of English and German are required. Other European languages would be a plus. You are a proactive, curious and happy professional who wants to learn and share with the team. You are a team player, humble and with high ethical standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical mindset to review conversations and metrics and turn them into actionable insights. Experience (or strong interest) in user research and operations analysis. Comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels, able to defend ideas with clear reasoning and open to feedback. Well-organized and efficiency-oriented. What are we offering?
