**Join us as a Customer Service Team Leader**
As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include product knowledge, profitability, quality, productivity, efficiency, and your team of Customer Service Specialists. You will focus on effectively supporting each employee in your team, which means competence development and responsibility of each employee and making sure everyone meets our overall goals. The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.

**What we are looking for**:
- Native-level German and intermediate English and Spanish language user
- Previous management experience
- Previous BPO / call center experience is desirable
- Eagerness to learn and self reflect
- Proactivity and flexibility

- Motivational skills
- Change management skills
