Location: BarcelonaPosition: BDR DACH MARKETExperience: Minimum 1 year in outbound salesSalary: 35K + 15K uncapped comissionTHE CONTEXT My client, a European scale-up using AI to transform vehicle imaging, is looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative.The platform helps dealerships and marketplaces create high-quality visuals instantly, boosting listing performance and sales speed.Your main mission will be to prospect new clients and secure qualified meetings to support revenue growth.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Prospecting new clients: Research, identify, cold-call potential clients within automotive dealerships and manufacturers.Sales presentations: Plan and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Account Executive to obtain qualified meetings in order to reach the company's sales and revenue targets.YOUR PROFILEExperience: 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales (within a SaaS company is a plus).Skills: Excellent outbound communication, negotiation, organisational and presentation skills.Outgoing: A successful candidate will be someone comfortable prospecting, making outreach calls, pitching, and rejection handling, a self-motivated and outgoing personality is a major advantage.Education: University degree or business school education in marketing or business.Language: Native German speakingBENEFITS Health Insurance with AlanMeal VouchersWellness subscription If you're interested in the position or would like to learn more, don't hesitate to apply
