Our client, a rapidly expanding organisation operating in a highly dynamic financial ecosystem, is seeking to add a Client Manager to their team. Your Role Take full ownership of the client journey, acting as the primary liaison for institutional stakeholders throughout their relationship with the company. Develop a deep understanding of each client's operational model, priorities, and risk profile in order to align the most suitable solutions. Coordinate the onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring smooth collaboration between Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations. Oversee the delivery of services, monitoring performance indicators and ensuring that expectations are consistently met. Maintain a structured approach to communication, ensuring accuracy and traceability across all client interactions. Identify potential issues or service gaps, advocate for the client internally, and follow up on resolutions. Produce regular summaries on client behaviour, engagement levels, and areas requiring attention, providing insight to senior management and product teams. Contribute to internal alignment by routing enquiries to the right departments and ensuring that updates are delivered in a timely, coordinated manner. What We Are Looking For A minimum of 5 years' experience in client management, account leadership, or customer success roles within fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with institutional clients and manage complex communication flows. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a structured and diplomatic approach to stakeholder engagement. Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML/KYC , GDPR , and MiCA . Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for tracking communication and client activity. Fluency in English is required; Russian is a strong advantage .
