Sales and Strategy DirectorImportante agencia de eventos a nivel nacional e internacional busca un/a Director de Ventas y Estrategia Comercial para unirse al equipo.Responsabilidades principales:Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para aumentar las ventas.Gestion y liderazgo del equipo comercial.Captación de nuevos clientes y contar con una red de contactos demostrable en el sector.Representar la empresa en reuniones estratégicas con clientes, asociaciones y foros del sector.Realizar el seguimiento y análisis de resultados comerciales y presentar informes a dirección general.Supervisar la rentabilidad de los proyectos: negociación de presupuestos, márgenes y condiciones.Coordinación de proyectos con departamentos internos para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de los briefingsSupervisión de la comunicación y marketing.Requisitos:Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar.Contar con una red de contactos demostrable en el sector.Formación universitaria ((ADE, Marketing, Comunicación o similares)Capacidad de análisis y visión estratégica.Persona con alta capacidad de venta, organizada, proactiva y customer oriented.Altas habilidades en venta, fidelización de clientes y comunicación.Gran conocimiento del sector eventos (b2b).Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1), se valorarán otro idiomas.¿Qué ofrecemos?Jornada intensiva los viernes.1 día de teletrabajo.Bonificación por actividad física.Día de cumpleaños festivo.Oficina en el centro de Barcelona.
