Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Service Team LeaderYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.This role is contributing to the ABB ELECTRIFICATION SOLUTIONS UPS BUSINESS. You'll be working in the Trapagaran area (Bilbao), although we'll also need you to be available to serve clients in northern Spain.You will be mainly accountable for:Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations andeliminate pain points.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment areavailable and of appropriate quality for service activities.Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteOur Team DynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. However, if you don't have experience, don't worry, it will not be a reason for rejectionDedication, commitment and ability to work in a team.
