The Opportunity...:
**Your role**:
- Create solutions to new technical problems and develop suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Service Contracts.
- Inspections, Repairs, Maintenance and Trouble Shouting in customer facilities.
- Support Installations when it needs.
- Closing of activities, reports to customers, etc. once the works are finished.
- Support other Regions when it needs.
- Coordinate Technical communication flow inside JBT organization.
- To visit customer with technical problems in order to organize and provide technical solutions.
- Inform of potential improvements and progress.
- Training of Service on customers.
- Response to technical questions from customers, technicians, and sales force.
- Jobs and services provided to customers follow-up.
- Update Technical Information.
- Assistance to Sales departments providing technical information and customer assistance.
- Living in Barcelona

**You´re the** right figh if you have**:
- At least 5 years’ experience from a similar role or tasks working with equipment as Service/Installation Engineer in Food/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry or as Maintenance Tecninician within the Process industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may require, also at the weekends
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supevision
- Experiencie in using Microsoft Ofice is valued
- Valid driving license
- Based in Barcelona area
