We are cereneo Home, and we provide innovative, data-driven neurorehabilitation to patients worldwide. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and independence of our patients through individualized neurorehabilitation programs.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will support our international patients in their neurorehabilitation, from the comfort of their home. You will guide their transition back home from clinics and institutions and support local healthcare providers and caregivers.

You will work with a 'shift system,' where you work for a certain period followed by several days off. Travel periods typically last between 10-14 days. Besides supporting our patients in their own homes, you will also support patients by providing online therapy.

At cereneo Home, cereneo clinics and our sister companies, we support patients in the various phases of their rehabilitation following a neurological illness, from inpatient and outpatient treatment to teletherapy via digital channels.

Your Responsability

  • Providing independent neuropsychology therapy to patients in the setting of their homes, ensuring personalized care and support tailored to the individual needs of the patient, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Independently conduct in-depth neuropsychological assessments and diagnostics, using standardized test procedures and performing evidence-based treatments.
  • Working with high-end patients from diverse international backgrounds.
  • Advise patients and relatives on cognitive deficits and support them in processing their condition, educating caregivers and local health care professionals.
  • Contribute to projects and ongoing research, actively participate in the professional development process.
  • Maintaining clinical and comprehensive documentation, adhering to quality standards, and contributing to process improvements.
  • Providing online therapy or supporting project initiatives and administrative tasks during periods when not traveling.

Your Profile

  • Mandatory:
    Degree in psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology, with further or advanced training in Neuropsychology
  • Mandatory:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurorehabilitation in a clinical setting, experience in neuropsychological diagnostics, therapy into daily rehab routine.
  • Mandatory:
    Based in or willing to relocate to The Netherlands.
  • Mandatory:
    Willingness to travel internationally (50% of the time).
  • Experience with or willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Open-minded, comfortable working with a diverse patient group without prejudice, strong communication skills.
  • Supportive and caring individual, interested in working in a young, dynamic and open-minded team.
  • Adventurous, resilient, enjoying travelling and experiencing new environments often.
  • Structured and independent working style.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, German is an advantage.
