WELCOME TO THE IBIZA ROCKS GROUP

Born out of a deep desire to connect with a new generation and make them fall in love with Ibiza – we constantly aim to disrupt Ibiza's music scene. From bringing live bands to the island back in 2005, to hosting the biggest pool parties at Ibiza Rocks Hotel, and more recently taking over the Benimussa Hills, bringing 528 to life with day to night parties. Your role will work across these two brands within our portfolio.

Description:

As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with the production team to support all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown. This is a dynamic and versatile role that involves assisting across multiple departments — including sound, lighting, SFX, décor, and artist liaison — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play an essential part in helping our production team deliver seamless, high-quality events.

Valued skills:

  • Experience in event production or technical operations.
  • Familiarity with lighting, sound, or SFX systems is a plus.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple production departments.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with an eye for detail.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and long shifts.
  • Technical or stagehand background is a plus.
  • Understanding english and spanish is a plus
