WELCOME TO THE IBIZA ROCKS GROUP
Born out of a deep desire to connect with a new generation and make them fall in love with Ibiza – we constantly aim to disrupt Ibiza's music scene. From bringing live bands to the island back in 2005, to hosting the biggest pool parties at Ibiza Rocks Hotel, and more recently taking over the Benimussa Hills, bringing 528 to life with day to night parties. Your role will work across these two brands within our portfolio.
Description:
As a Decoration Assistant, you will support the Deco Lead and production team in bringing creative concepts to life across our venues and events. From building and painting set pieces to rigging and installing decorations, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping the visual experience for our audiences. This position is ideal for someone who's practical, creative, and enjoys working in dynamic event environments.
Valued skills:
- Skilled in general woodwork, painting, and basic construction.
- Comfortable with rigging and manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, creative and able to follow direction.
- Flexible availability — including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and occasional extended hours.
- Previous experience in set design, decoration, or event production is a plus.
- Understanding english and spanish is a plus
