We seek an Alliances & Channels Manager who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
The Regional Alliance Manager develops and executes Globant's alliance strategy within the specified region. This role cultivates strategic partnerships with key technology providers (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and others) to drive mutual growth, expand market reach, and enhance Globant's offerings. The Regional Alliance Manager collaborates with regional sales, delivery, marketing, and technology teams to align and execute joint initiatives as designed by each Studio. This role is crucial for accelerating Globant's growth and strengthening our position as a leading digital transformation partner.
What will help you succeed:
Alliance Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a regional alliance strategy aligned with each Studio's global objectives.
- Prioritize, and target key partners based on strategic fit and market opportunity.
- Define joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and business plans.
- Establish and track alliance KPIs and metrics.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners' regional executives, ensuring effective communication.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs, etc) to assess performance and identify opportunities.
- Foster a culture of mutual benefit and trust.
Joint Business Development:
- Collaborate with sales specialists and client partners to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
- Drive the development of joint solutions and service offerings.
- Support the creation of joint marketing and sales collateral.
- Organize and participate in joint events.
Internal Alignment & Enablement:
- Work with Studio teams to ensure understanding of partner technologies.
- Facilitate internal training and enablement on partner offerings.
- Communicate partner updates and roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between regional and global alliance activities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on alliance performance against goals and KPIs.
- Analyze alliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage regional alliance budgets.
