Responsabilidades
¿Qué harás?
- Dirigir entrenamientos grupales con método OTF.
- Adaptar ejercicios a todos los niveles.
- Cuidar cada detalle del servicio: motivación, técnica, seguridad y energía.
- Captación de nuevos socios y fidelización.
- Colaborar en eventos, retos y actividades especiales.
¿Qué buscan?
- Formación en CCAFyDE, TAFAD (TSEAS/TSAF).
- Experiencia real en el sector: entrenamiento funcional, personal, TRX, actividades dirigidas (LESMILLS, ciclo indoor, etc.).
- Ganas de trabajar con personas, ayudarles a progresar y vivir la experiencia Orangetheory con ellas.
