Location: On-site in Shanghai, China

About the Role:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support our operations in Shanghai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will:

  • Manage basic accounting, expense tracking, and bank errands (EUR/RMB exchange, accounts receivable).
  • Oversee logistics and administration, including contract registration, container tracking, and labeling quality control.
  • Occasionally travel within China to support processing and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Finance/Accounting.
  • English: High professional proficiency (CET-6 or equivalent) to read international trade contracts and communicate with overseas partners.
  • Mandarin: Native or near-native fluency for bank errands, contract registration, and coordination with local teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Kingdee, SAP), VAT invoices (Fapiao), expense claims, and accounts receivable.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms (FOB, CIF) and import documentation (Bills of Lading, Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin).
  • Knowledge of SAFE regulations and corporate bank account management in China.
