About the Role

We are looking for two Master Data Consultants with strong techno-functional expertise in MDM and SAP to support the client's global SAP Public Cloud deployment. Working closely with business and IT teams, they will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across systems and regions.

Location: Hybrid model based in Barcelona, Spain, or Budapest, Hungary (first 100% onsite, later 2-3 days/week)

Contract: Long-term contract (no benefits, medical, PTO...)

Responsibilities

  • Support the definition, migration, and maintenance of master data objects in SAP.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance rules and ensure data quality.
  • Work on MDM database structures, transformations, and integration processes.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across systems.
  • Support testing, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization of data flows.
  • Provide continuous improvement and automation recommendations for data processes.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in Master Data Management and SAP environments.
  • Solid understanding of data models, data quality, and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, SAP S/4HANA, and related tools.
  • Ability to translate business data needs into technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in international environments.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
