Integration Analyst

We are seeking an Integration Analyst to join our EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in business transformation projects, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

As an Integration Analyst, you will:

• Support the delivery of client projects by gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Assist in the design and documentation of business processes and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop client presentations, reports, and deliverables.
• Participate in data analysis, data migration, and integration activities using best in cloud solutions
• Learn to use leading cloud-based platforms such as Anaplan, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Is detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in consulting, technology, or a related industry.
• Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
