Sobre el puesto:
Estamos buscando Representantes de Atención al Cliente de habla hispana para unirse a una empresa internacional que ofrece un servicio excepcional a clientes en toda Europa.
En este rol, serás responsable de atender consultas, resolver problemas y garantizar una experiencia positiva para el cliente a través de teléfono, chat o correo electrónico.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Proporcionar soporte a los clientes por teléfono, chat y correo electrónico.
  • Identificar las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer soluciones precisas y rápidas.
  • Gestionar reclamaciones de forma profesional y empática.
  • Mantenerte informado sobre los productos, servicios y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Colaborar con otros equipos para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Nivel nativo o fluido de español (oral y escrito).
  • Buen nivel de inglés para formación y comunicación interna.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Actitud positiva y orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (incluidos fines de semana y festivos).
  • Residir en Grecia o estar dispuesto/a a relocalizarse.
