About the role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the spark that ignites the conversation, helping top e-commerce companies discover leveraging the power of video can boost engagement and sales.

You'll play a key role in our outbound sales efforts – identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across priority markets.

You'll work closely Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, and your mission is to open doors with leading retailers and digital-first companies, setting the stage for meaningful, long-term customer relationships.

What you'll make happen
  • Own the first step in our sales funnel: identify, contact, and qualify new prospects (email, LinkedIn, calls, and your own creative approaches)

  • Book discovery meetings for AEs across our key markets

  • Research and prioritize target accounts, tailoring outreach to speak to ecommerce leaders

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events to warm up leads

  • Represent Bambuser at virtual and in-person events to build pipeline and awareness

You'll thrive in this role if...
  • You have 1+ year of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar commercial role

  • You have experience from retail or e-commerce

  • You're fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, and confident picking up the phone

  • You're a strong communicator: curious, goal-driven, and proactive

  • You're organized, eager to learn, and comfortable using sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • You might have some experience in SaaS, startups/scale-ups, that's a plus

  • You're motivated, smart, and a quick learner.
