Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand customer data needs across different business units within the bank.
- Identify data origination flows and golden sources, detecting potential data gaps and proposing corrective actions.
- Map and document data consumption flows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Define Master Data Management (MDM) storage criteria, including model design, persistence, scope, and process standardization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or data governance roles within the banking sector.
- Proven experience with bank onboarding processes and data-related regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead data-related meetings independently.
- C1-level English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data lineage, and documentation standards.
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL) and data cross-checking techniques.
- Familiarity with metadata management and data quality frameworks.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Design and implement data quality control models to maintain data integrity and governance.
- Define and document traceability, business definitions, and semantic relationships between key business concepts.
