The RoleWe're looking for a Partner Success Representative to join our Parking BU and support our continued growth across Iberia. Reporting to the Team Manager in Spain, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless implementation of Arrive Parking Solutions.
You'll configure, maintain and support our products and services, ensuring our partners have everything they need to succeed. Your work will directly impact their daily operations and customer experience — building trust, strengthening relationships, and driving improvement initiatives.
What You'll DoDeliver an excellent operational experience to new and existing partners
Implement Arrive's core products and services according to client needs
Configure, release and maintain our core software solutions
Test and quality-check products and services, driving continuous improvement
Coordinate the ordering, review and rollout of signage
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Operations, Marketing and R&D
Work within our CRM to manage orders and requests, ensuring strong data quality
As a fast-growing company, we evolve quickly — new tasks may be assigned as market needs shift.
What You BringStrong customer relationship skills and a passion for helping partners succeed
Good planning, prioritisation and self-management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns
Resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude toward change
Technical understanding of system integrations
Knowledge of XML or JSON is a plus
Familiarity with Google Suite and basic Adobe Illustrator skills are advantageous
We know there's no single perfect profile, but a successful candidate may have:
Experience in Customer Success or Technical Support for corporate clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the local language, plus strong English proficiency (additional EU languages are a bonus)
Experience collaborating across multiple departments
1–3 years of experience in similar roles
A role based in Madrid, working with a global mobility leader
