About The Role
As a Product Manager for Network, you will be part of SITA Network product team. You will manage the global network services within SITA Network portfolio for global ATI (Air Transport Industry) market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SSE (Security Service Edge) and SD-WAN and can achieve the strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the managed products. He/she will shape the product strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of the products in line with the SITA strategic plans and manage the performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Analyze and understand global network market trends and customer needs.
- Articulate and document the network product vision strategy and define the target market in line with market trends, customer needs and SITA's strategy.
- Produce and manage product documentation to provide a clear view for related products to internal and external teams
- Sales/Channel Strategy and Support: Establish and implement an effective 'go to market strategy for the products
- Support Salesforce with a clear product value proposition and training.
- Propose product innovations as well as requirements for enhancements to existing products/services.
- Define product functional requirements & guide product development project throughout the build/launch process to ensure delivery of the right product to market within the agreed timescales
- Participate in cross-functional teams that ensure the timely/cost-effective and quality delivery of product developments and product performance.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap throughout the lifecycle from conception to retirement.
- Define and develop the product value proposition, product launch plan including promotional and collateral support plan
- Responsible for managing and achieving the expected cost optimization targets
- Manage and organize the governance meetings and regular interlocks with the main suppliers.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in product management for Security Service Edge (SSE) and SD-WAN preferably in a telecommunications or managed service provider environment.
- Ability to think strategically and shape long-term product roadmaps, while confidently engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders to drive alignment on vision and priorities Strong knowledge of networking technologies and IT trends
- Good knowledge of Product Management Stage-Gate or other product development methodology
- A track record of delivering results in Product Management in a global business environment and within a technology solution-based business.
- Good financial acumen & knowledge
- Innovation Skills and a track record in defining market requirements and functional specifications
- Understanding the latest trends and innovations within the airline/airport industry and relevant technology areas is a plus
- Capability of leading and influencing virtual teams within a global and international environment
- Capability of presenting clear ideas and seeking stakeholders buy-in across different functions in the company
