Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand & Communication Specialist to join our Brand Experience Center of Expertise in the Comms Strategy area.
The responsibility of this team is leading and implementing brand & products communication strategies to continue growing and making the brand memorable and irresistible, and our way of working is passionate and honest.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Brand & Communication Specialist you will:
Create and implement marketing and communication strategies.
Create, develop, and execute 360 brand & product campaigns to boost our brand and product's focus on digital media.
Collaborate in the development and implementation of the brand's content strategy, identifying insights and generating value for clients and non-clients.
Create customer centric and personalized communications (commercial + operative + content comms).
Identify marketing opportunities.
Define KPI´s and analyze results to extract learnings.
Work closely with other marketing areas (own media, paid media…) as well as the rest of bank areas to ensure all activities are implemented on time and in a consistent way.
Work with external partners (creative agencies, content agencies, production partners…).
Manage campaign budget and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting.
Be the best brand ambassador.
Be aware of new trends and competitors.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Marketing and communication global vision.
Experience in 360 campaigns, and passionate about the new environment: new technologies, digital trends, social networks…

En ING buscamos un/a Brand & Communication Specialist

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para el puesto de Brand & Communication Specialist, que se incorpore a nuestro Brand Experience Center of Expertise en el área de Comms Strategy.
La responsabilidad de este equipo es liderar e implementar estrategias de comunicación de marca y productos para seguir creciendo y hacer que la marca sea memorable e irresistible, y nuestra forma de trabajar es apasionada y honesta.
Tus principales responsabilidades:
Como Brand & Communication Specialist, tendrás que:
- Crear e implementar estrategias de marketing y comunicación.
- Crear, desarrollar y ejecutar campañas 360 de marca y producto para impulsar nuestro enfoque en medios digitales.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia de contenidos de la marca, identificando insights y generando valor para clientes y no clientes.
- Crear comunicaciones centradas en la persona y personalizadas (comerciales + operativas + contenido).
- Identificar oportunidades de marketing.
- Definir KPI's y analizar resultados para extraer aprendizajes.
- Trabajar estrechamente con otras áreas de marketing (own media, paid media…) así como con el resto de áreas del banco para asegurar que todas las actividades se implementan a tiempo y de manera consistente.
- Colaborar con partners externos (agencias creativas, agencias de contenido, partners de producción…).
- Gestionar el presupuesto de campaña y responsabilizarte del seguimiento y reporting.
- Ser la mejor persona embajadora de la marca.
- Mantenerte al tanto de nuevas tendencias y competidores.
