We're Hiring: Service ERP & Process Lead

About the Role

The role drives continuous improvement initiatives across business processes within the service organization with a strong focus on ERP (LN Infor) system optimization. The role bridges Service and IT, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable and fully supported by the ERP system. You will lead improvements, provide expert user support, and drive process efficiency and continuous improvement across the service function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive process improvement initiatives across the service organization
• Analyse and optimize end to end service processes
• Act as the main interface between service teams, IT and external ERP partners
• Over time and with training, develop into the leading expert for business processes related to the Infor LN Service Module.
• Lead system enhancements
• Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization and process efficiencies
• Standardize service processes and ensure alignment across sub-regions and business units
• Maintain process standards, documentation, SOP's, best practises and governance
• Support change management, training and user adoption
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the service organization

Required Skills & Experience

• A strong understanding of business processes
• A solid understanding of ERP systems and in particular Infor LN
• Experience in translating business requirements into system and process solutions
• A track record in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
• An analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven yet pragmatic approach to problem solving

Nice to Have

• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
• Experience from ERP implementations, specifically LN Infor
• Experience from working with lean management and tools
• Background in an operational role such as supply chain, service or finance
• Project management skills
