  • A proven track record of 1-2 years in a retail, fashion, or hospitality environment.
  • Maintains a well-groomed appearance at all times, aligned with the group's grooming standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, peers and stakeholders.
  • An unmatched understanding of visual merchandising and luxury retail standards.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting, complemented by a playful energy.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple orders accurately and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach and attention to detail, ensuring operational standards are maintained.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
  • Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
