Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Junior Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our digital advertising team. In this position, you'll work alongside businesses to create and manage impactful Google Ads strategies that boost their online visibility and deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose customized digital advertising solutions aligned with each client's goals

  • Achieve personal performance targets while contributing to the team's success

  • Build strong client relationships by providing strategic insights and continued support

  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to guide campaign planning

  • Enhance advertising performance to maximize ROI and campaign impact

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
