Role Overview:

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Consultant in Barcelona (Hybrid), you'll collaborate with businesses to create customized advertising strategies, drive revenue growth, and implement cutting-edge digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on personalized online advertising strategies that align with their goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team success
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert guidance and ongoing support
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and maximize ROI

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
