What product will you be working on?

B2B is a business unit within Headway Inc, focused on building a next‑generation corporate learning solution for enterprise teams. Our ambition is to define a new product category — one with only a handful of indirect competitors on the horizon.

The team brings together deep expertise in building and selling corporate learning products at Headway Inc. We've previously created, tested, and scaled new business opportunities within the company — and now we're applying that expertise to go after a much bigger challenge.

You'll be joining a cross‑functional team of experienced engineers, product manager, designer, and sales professionals — all aligned around one goal: move fast toward product‑market fit.

What will you do:

Positioning & GTM Execution

  • Define and refine the product's positioning for both enterprise buyers and prosumer users.
  • Test messaging angles to uncover what resonates and drives traction across segments.
  • Launch and adapt early GTM campaigns across high-impact channels, in close collaboration with product, engineering, and sales to drive product–market fit.

Demand Generation & Sales Alignment

  • Build and optimize lead funnels for both enterprise acquisition and prosumer conversion.
  • Partner with sales on ABM and strategic outreach to win high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and evolve enablement materials that help sales teams close deals and support the broader GTM motion.

Content, Insights & Iteration

  • Craft compelling narratives and content tailored to enterprise and prosumer audiences across their journey.
  • Gather market insights through interviews, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research to guide PMF direction.
  • Track key performance metrics (pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates) and iterate quickly to scale what works.
What do you need to join us:
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in startup or early-stage environments.
  • Proven experience launching GTM campaigns and demand generation programs from scratch.
  • Hands-on work with CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Own and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels (paid, organic, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales and product teams to drive early growth.
