We are currently looking for a professional with a strong background in the Construction or Engineering industry to lead the growth of our Construction & Engineering division in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will bring both technical and commercial knowledge of the sector, a natural drive to support people and organizations in growing together, and a strong passion for consultancy within this expanding industry.
Job description:
As Sales Team Lead you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients, driving the success of recruitment projects, and leading a team of consultants toward their goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Construction & Engineering sector.
- Leading recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within construction and industrial environments.
- Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure delivery of high-level recruitment services.
- Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in the Construction or Engineering industry. Prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment consultancy is a strong plus.
- Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (strongly preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English required; a third European language is an asset.
- Competences:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and flexible, with a clear commercial and consultative mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
