Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y supervisar estrategias de People & Culture alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección para atraer y retener talento.
  • Implementar programas de formación y desarrollo profesional.
  • Promover y mantener una cultura organizacional positiva y productiva.
  • Supervisar la administración de beneficios y compensaciones.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales y políticas internas.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para alinear las estrategias de People & Culture con las necesidades de la empresa.
  • Fomentar la diversidad, equidad e inclusión en el lugar de trabajo.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas de bienestar para los empleados.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un rol de liderazgo en People & Culture o RRHH.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las leyes laborales y prácticas de recursos humanos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de programas de formación y desarrollo.
  • Compromiso con la promoción de una cultura organizacional positiva.
