Job Purpose

The main task is the functional analysis of fatigue data and the development of fatigue risk management (FRM) and its hazard identification, risk analysis and control processes.

Main Accountabilities

• is accountable for providing administrative support in the Human Factors Department.
• is accountable in analysing fatigue data.
• is accountable for studying mitigation measures using Biomathematical model program

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Support in the management of fatigue related risks (FRM) and its hazard identification, risk analysis and control processes.
• Functional analysis of fatigue data.
• Perform analysis and evaluation of Human Factors aspects of flight safety related events occurring in the company.
• Studies of mitigation measures using Biomathematical program.

Education

Technical Engineering, Aeronautical Management, Statistics, Mathematics or Data Analyst.

Experience

2 years of experience as an analyst, preferably within the airline industry or a related aviation environment. Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or data-driven contexts will be considered a strong asset.

Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of data analysis software (Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools) will be considered an asset
• Analytical thinking and a strong data-driven mindset.
• Clear and rigorous communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Technical rigor and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Ability to build and defend arguments based on data-driven evidence.
