**Job Purpose**

Analyse and mitigate crew fatigue within the company's operations using data analysis and biomathematical models, following established safety protocols and regulations, to ensure the highest operational safety and efficiency levels.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Analyse crew schedules using biomathematical models.
- Collaborate with the programming department to modify crew schedules.
- Propose adjustments to crew schedules based on fatigue analysis.
- Conduct investigations into fatigue cases, and generate detailed monthly fatigue
reports.

**Education**

A degree in Engineering, Data, or related fields is highly valued.

**Experience**
- Background in aviation or related fields, with a focus on safety, data analysis, or operational roles within the aviation sector, is highly valued.
- Preferred experience working with Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for improving crew scheduling and mitigating fatigue.

**Competencies**
- Communication skills for conveying ideas clearly
- Ability to assess and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of Python programming language.

**Languages**

Basic English proficiency is preferred.
