Daremos preferencia a aquellas personas residentes en las siguientes zonas o sus alrededores: Bilbao, Madrid (zona Corredor del Henares) o Valencia.

Bajo la dirección del Service Manager sus
responsabilidades
serán las siguientes:

  • Gestión y control de plazos y costes de la obra. Control de horas trabajadas, facturas y gastos.
  • Comunicación diaria con el encargado de obra para la planificación de los trabajos. Reportará al director de obra/Project manager.
  • Interlocución con cliente y subcontratas para el seguimiento y coordinación de los trabajos.
  • Solicitud de precios a proveedores, comparativos, coordinación de inicio de actividades, documentación, plazos, etc.
  • Preparación de la puesta en marcha de la obra, con el Team Leader. Seguimiento de los trabajos. Cierre de la obra. Resumen de costes y documentación de calidad.

Requisitos:

  • Habituado al trabajo y supervisión en entornos industriales y de montaje, especialmente equipos mecánicos.
    Se valorara experiencia en Instalaciones portuarias y trabajos en grúas tipo STS, RTG, RMG...
  • Formación en el ámbito mecánico.
  • Capacidad de integración en equipo consolidado.
  • Orientado a la gestión, control y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Dinámico, proactivo y autónomo con muy buenas habilidades de comunicación, mucha actividad víateams , mail y teléfono.
  • Orientado al control in situ, 40% aprox. viajes a obras y seguimiento, desplazamiento a Puertos de España.
  • Experiencia demostrable en un puesto similar en el ámbito industrial, mecánico, especialmente si es de maquinaria de elevación de al menos 3 años.
  • Manejo de herramientas de ofimática, entorno Windows o Google, especialmente hojas de cálculo.
  • Imprescindible nivel medio-alto de inglés.
  • Imprescindible carnet de conducir.
  • Imprescindible no tener vértigo/miedo a las alturas.
